 300 g king oyster mushroom
 0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp Paprika, ground
 1 tbsp Sea Salt
 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
 0.25 cup Olive oil

Slice the mushooms into chips.

In a bowl combine all pupose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and grounf paprika.

Mix the sliced mushoom into the seasoned flour until evey piece is coated.

Pre-heat Breville Oven to 215 Deg C.

Brush the Breville Air fy basket with olive oil and lay flat the mushrooms.

Brush the mushrooms with olive oil.

Air fry the mushooms for 15 mins. Once cooked, serve with spiced vinegar. Enjoy!
