 1.50 kg pork shoulders
 10 pcs of small green tomatoes
 5 cloves of garlic
 80 g cilantro
 3 pcs of jalapeno
 ½ tsp salt and pepper
 2 cups chicken stock
 1 tbsp chopped garlic
 1 tbsp onion
 6 pcs of lime

Roast 10 pcs of green tomatoes and 5 cloves of garlic using Breville Smart Oven Pro™ for 7mins.

Blend roasted green tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, chicken stock, salt and pepper using Breville Kinetix Pro Blender™.

Sear pork shoulders in Brevile MultiChef™"sauté/sear function with garlic, onions and pinch of clove.

Once meat is seared, add blended ingredients to the Breville MultiChef™, then slow cook at high for 4-5 hours.

Cut lime in half then use Breville Citrus Press Juicer™.
