4 Layer Cashew Milk Smoothies

 1 cup Cashew Milk
 ½ cup Coconut Water
  cup Strawberries, frozen
  cup Blueberries, frozen
 2 Ripe Banana (Cavendish), frozen
 ¼ cup Chia Chaff (husks of chia seeds)
For garnish
 1 Kiwi Fruit (peeled and thinly sliced)
 1 Strawberries
 3 Blueberries
For the Cashew Milk

Process 1/2 cup of cashews and 1 cup of water into the Breville Kinetix Pro Blender. Blend until smooth and no lumps. Filter the cashew milk and transfer it into a glass.

For the smoothie

Process the frozen strawberries together with 1/4 cup of cashew milk. Blend until smooth and thick. Chill until ready to use.

Wash the Breville Kinetix blender jug then process the frozen blueberries with 2 Tbsp of coconut water. Chill until ready to use.

Process the frozen banana with 4 Tbsp of cashew milk, blend until smooth and thick. Make sure that the jug is clean before blending. Chill until ready to use.

In a bowl mix 1/4 cup of chia chaff (husks of chia seeds) and 1/4 cup of cashew milk. Chill until chia chaffs are in gelatinous texture (5 mins).

Assembly

Fill each glass with 3 Tbsp of Strawberry smoothie. Then add a layer of Chia Chaff pudding (2 Tbsp).

Decorate the middle layer with thinly sliced strawberries and kiwi. Then pour in banana smoothie for the 3rd layer.

Add the blueberry smoothie as the final layer and garnish it with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
