- 1pc ginger, fresh (1 inch)
- 1 clove minced
- 1 twig parsley, Italian flat or curly, leaves
- 1-2pcs carrots, organic
- 1 wedge pineapple
- dash of Tobasco or chili sauce (optional)

- Wash all the ingredients.
