• 1 pink grapefruit, sliced into half
• 1 white grapefruit, sliced into half
• 6 basil leaves
• 45ml grapefruit vodka
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 15ml lime juice
• Crushed ice
1. Squeeze the Grapefruits using the 800Cp Citrus Press.
2. Place the basil leaves into a cocktail shaker. Press gently.
3. Add grapefruit vodka, 60ml grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, lime juice and crushed ice and shake vigorously.
4. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with lemonade if necessary. Remove leaves if desired.
