Pizza Dough


  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 teaspoon salt



  1. Using the Breville Scraper Mixer Pro, light mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add lukewarm water gradually while light mixing until the mixture forms into a dough ball and the sides of the bowl are clean.
  3. Place the dough ball in a oiled bowl and cover it the top with cling wrap, let it sit for 30 mins.
  4. When the size of dough ball has doubled, dust the surface and roll the dough until flat.

Chef's note: you can add dried basil to the mixture before forming it to a dough, to give a herb aroma.
