- 3 cups bread flour
- 3 teaspoons dry yeast
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Using the Breville Scraper Mixer Pro, light mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add lukewarm water gradually while light mixing until the mixture forms into a dough ball and the sides of the bowl are clean.
- Place the dough ball in a oiled bowl and cover it the top with cling wrap, let it sit for 30 mins.
- When the size of dough ball has doubled, dust the surface and roll the dough until flat.
Chef's note: you can add dried basil to the mixture before forming it to a dough, to give a herb aroma.
