Pound Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups All purpose flour
  • 3 cups refined sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 227 g unsalted sugar
  • 227 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Procedure:

  1. Using the Breville Smart Oven pre heat about 160 deg Celcius.
  2. Cream the butter and creamcheese using The Breville Scraper Mixer Pro
    adding the sugar gradually.
  3. Add eggs 2 at  a time. Add vanilla extract.
  4. Pour into a bundt pan.
  5. Bake under 160 deg. C for 1 hour and 25 mins. Enjoy!

 

Chef's note: You add glaze to the pound  cake or syrups topped with fruits.
